Fight SPAM

Fighting against SPAM using the method to reject EMP (Excessive Multi-Post).

The method consists of a patch for INN that call MD5 routine, and a Perl filter that rejects articles based on the MD5 value.

Unfairly Canceled Articles

The list of unfair cancel messages posted by a third party. Nevertheless the current news system has the problem that even a newcommer can easily issue cancel messages against others' articles.
